Campus Power Outage June 29

An electrical shut down for the entire campus is scheduled for 6 p.m., today to complete the first phase of connecting primary electric service to the Learning Commons.
The shutdown will impact primary buildings on campus (Academic Building, Campus Center, Mott Center, Thompson Hall and the Rec Center). It will last six to eight hours. During this time, there will be limited to no lighting, no heat and no network, including wireless or phone service, which also includes voicemail.
Remote access to our computing systems will remain operational during this time (Banner, Blackboard, KUCloud, etc.).
Perimeter door access will be limited to the front entrance of the Campus Center. If you must access one of the impacted areas, check in at the Campus Safety Service Center and an officer will escort you.
Einstein Bros., the Innovation Center, Harris Mobility Research Annex, Grounds Garage and Campus Village will be excluded from the outage.

Kettering LEADERS Select New Fellow

The Kettering LEADERS selected Nathan Edward Cahilig (’24, ME) as a new fellow during a virtual event June 15.
The LEADERS endowment was established in 1999 to promote leadership development and foster personal growth. Students that meet these qualities and have demonstrated a capacity for excellence are selected as fellows.
